WIN 2x Dart River Adventure Funyak experiences & $1,000 travel voucher

 

PROMOTION PERIOD

The promotion opens at 7:30am, Sunday 1st October 2023 and closes at midday, Monday 30th October 2023 (the “Promotion Period”).

 

HOW TO ENTER

Prize description

  • $1,000 NZD travel voucher
  • 2x adult Dart River Adventure Funyak passes

TERMS & CONDITIONS

  • By participating in the promotion, entrants agreed to be bound by these terms and conditions.
  • The Promoter is Dart River Safaris Limited through its website www.dartriver.co.nz/dartriver-win/ (“the Promoter”)
  • The Prize winner will be drawn at random from all eligible entries on Tuesday 31st October 2023 and contacted via email or phone.
  • If the Promoter is unable to contact the prize winner drawn within 5 days, the Prize is forfeited and the Promoter may select another prize winner.
  • The Prize delivery details will be arranged directly between the Prize winner and the Promoter and are subject to the Prize winner promptly providing the Promoter with all information requested.
  • The Prize is not transferable, exchangeable or redeemable for cash.
  • There will be one (1) winner, who will win one (1) $1,000 travel voucher & two (2) adult Dart River Adventure Funyak passes.
  • The provider of the travel voucher is at the  Promoter’s discretion and will be confirmed once the Prize winner is drawn.
  • Employees of Te Rūnanga o Ngāi Tahu, Ngāi Tahu Holdings Corporation Limited and its subsidiary entities  and their immediate families are not eligible to enter this promotion.
  • The Promoter reserves the right to amend, suspend or terminate this promotion and / or these terms and conditions at any time for any reason, with or without notice.
  • The Promoter will not be liable in any way in relation to any loss, damage, harm, including personal injury arising in connection with this promotion. Any decisions made by the Promoter in relation to this promotion are final and no correspondence will be entered into.
  • One entry per person.
  • All entrants must be New Zealand residents aged 18 years or over.
  • Entries are the property of the Promoter and may be used for promotional purposes by them.

 

PRIZE AND TRAVEL CRITERIA

  • All bookings for the Prize are subject to availability at the time of booking.
  • The Promoter is not responsible for any cancellation, delay or rescheduling of any travel, accommodation, or other activity booked by the Prize winner with the Prize and any costs incurred as a result (including, without limitation, accommodation costs) will be the sole responsibility of the Prize winner
  • Travel insurance is not provided and the Promoter recommends that the Prize winner obtain any comprehensive travel insurance that may be required for the trip
  • All travel booked using the Prize is subject to the travel provider’s terms and conditions.
  • All travel related expenses not explicitly mentioned in the Prize, including but not limited to meals, accommodation, travel insurance and personal expenses are the responsibility of the Prize winner
  • The Prize winner and travel companion(s) will at all times act responsibly so as not to harm the reputation of the Promoter while taking up the Prize.

 

OTHER

  • Entrants grant the Promoter permission to use their name, photograph, voice and film recordings in which they appear, in connection with the Promotion and for future promotion and marketing purposes and waive any claims to royalty, right or remuneration for such use.
  • Any personal information provided to the Promoter will be collected, held and used in accordance with the Promoter’s privacy policy.
  • The promotion is governed by the laws of New Zealand and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New Zealand.
